THE CHILD SUPPORT AGENCY
An agency of the Commonwealth of Australia, linked to information from the Taxation Department and equipped with draconian powers to make mainly men pay for their wife's decision to leave.
Did you know that one of the most dysfunctional institutions or arms of the Commonwealth Government is THE CHILD SUPPORT AGENCY ?
Set up in 1989 by the then Hawke Labor government, the agency behaves like a second tax collector for residential or custodial parents (mostly mothers) and acts in a vacuum of non accountability.
Run by feminists and others, the CHILD SUPPORT AGENCY believes that they are at the cutting edge of social reform and the re-alignment of social values, as the agency cuts sway through the very fabric of our society, bringing men to their collective knees.
It has as its head, the Deputy Registrar of the CHILD SUPPORT AGENCY, a woman, who is equipped with a message for all men. "YOU WILL PAY"
Did you know that more than 900 new applications each week for the collection of CHILD SUPPORT are received by the CHILD SUPPORT AGENCY throughout the Commonwealth of Australia? On average 900 applications a month are received in Western Australia alone. Now, that is at least, 1500 children separated from their caring and loving fathers every week. Think of the devastation that this encouragement to separate is doing to our society.
Studies in the United States of America, have shown that at least 30 percent of "fathers" are paying CHILD SUPPORT for children which they have been given to believe they have fathered, but are in reality, not biologically their own. It can be reasonably assumed, that the figure in Australia is similar.
Men's Confraternity believes that paternity should have to be proved, through DNA testing, before the CHILD SUPPORT AGENCY be given the authority to garnish pay packets, intercept tax returns, freeze bank accounts, forcibly sell assets and arresting men in airports whilst going about their lawful business. Research has shown that the word of the mother, as to paternity, is unreliable. Mother's claiming CHILD SUPPORT from men who are not the biological father of the child should be charged with fraud.
The Men's Confraternity has no difficulty with the notion that father's have a responsibility to help with the financial arrangements for their children. Men's Confraternity believes that it is the duty of each and every father to contribute towards the physical welfare of his child or children.
BUT WHERE DOES IT STOP?
Did you know for instance, that a father can be made to keep paying even though the mother has married or re-married. It does not matter if she has married the richest man in Australia; the father must continue making the same amount of Child Support until the child attains the age of 18 years of age, and beyond if the child continues onto Tertiary studies. Does this sound like a social engineering and / or feminist theology in practice? Men's Confraternity believes it is.
In one recent case, the CHILD SUPPORT AGENCY was forced to apologize to a complainant to The Office of the Commonwealth Ombudsman. Sources from within the agency have confirmed that this is a regular occurrence. The agency is so dysfunctional, they regularly miscalculate a liable parents assessment, make false claims against fathers, make plainly wrong decisions in regard to case management, give incorrect advice on telephone help lines, and have been subject to complaint after complaint from liable parents. The Commonwealth Ombudsman continues to find against the agency, however, nothing seems to change within the agency, as it continues on its bumbling way along the self-righteous path of social reform and the re-alignment of family values, our culture, way of life, not to mention the encouragement of separation of parents and children.
Pay outs by the agency to fathers as compensation because of the agencies incompetence is ever increasing, ranging from the thousands, to as low as $1:42. You can view their policy on compensation on the CSA website.
Did you know, that unlike the Taxation Department, moneys collected by the agency by way of penalty, are not placed in an interest bearing account? So that when the mistake is discovered, and the agency is required to pay back the money to the father which it had illegally taken in the first place, no interest is paid? If you get so much as a letter of apology, you will be lucky.
Don't try complaining to your Member of Parliament. They are so snowed under by complaints about the agency, that yours will simply be added to a very long list indeed. The cumulative effect of which, will cause some politicians to wonder what is going on, but are to afraid to mention anything in their party room for fear of upsetting the status quo, or those who believe that if anything is done of real significance to the Agency, their will be a female voter backlash at the next election.
The Australian newspaper is looking for well documented cases where the Child Support Agency is alleged to have been closely associated with the suicide of a parent, or with their premature death through stress and ill health.
Anonymity and confidentiality will be protected. Even where identification is not an issue for the families there may need to be some blurring of identifying features for legal reasons. However the stronger the documentation the better.
There are some cases where the CSA has refused to attend the inquests of dead parents and the magistrate has expressed regret at the Agency's refusal to attend. Any documentation of any such cases would be much appreciated. Any cases which have not reached the point of an inquest but where professionals associated with the family, such as doctors, social workers, church figures or others, are prepared to go on the record with their concern over the link between the CSA and the death of a parent would be of assistance. In cases where there is little confirming documentation linking the Agency to the death of the parent but those close to the person believe there is a strong link, the paper will need to speak to close family members, such as mothers, brothers, sisters, grandparents or adult children.

IS IT ILLEGAL?
The Child Support Agency (CSA) gains access to payers via their TAX FILE NUMBER and the CSA uses YOUR PERSONAL TAX FILE NUMBER, TAX OFFICE STATIONARY, TAX OFFICE BUILDINGS, TAX OFFICE PERSONNEL, TAX OFFICE FACILITIES to aid its cause.
But Section 55 of the Australian Constitution states;
"Laws imposing taxation shall deal ONLY with the imposition of taxation and any provision therein dealing with any other matter shall be of no effect."
How can the Federal Government use Tax File Numbers and other Tax Office facilities the way it does if Child Support is NOT A TAX? Ask yourself if the Federal Government is acting unlawfully.
Also consider some other sections of the Australian Constitution.
Section 81.
"All revenues or moneys raised or received by the Executive Government of the Commonwealth shall form ONE CONSOLIDATED REVENUE FUND to be appropriated for the purposes of the Commonwealth in the manner and subject to the changes and liabilities imposed by this Constitution."
Section 83.
"No money shall be drawn from the treasury of the Commonwealth except under appropriation made by law."
How does the Child Support Agency meet these Constitutional needs? The plain English of our Constitution can not be misunderstood.
REMEMBER, ALL OF THE MAJOR POLITICAL PARTIES ARE IN FAVOUR OF THE CHILD SUPPORT LEGISLATION. THE QUESTION IS, DO THEY SUPPORT THE AUSTRALIAN CONSTITUTION, WHICH PARLIAMENTARIANS ARE DUTY BOUND TO UPHOLD.
